Cold Water Dip – Come and Try Session

We are delighted to offer a free introductory session into cold water swimming with Jenny from @where_there_is_water.

Jenny, is a trained Cold Water Therapist – Wild Swimming Guide, Qualified Cold Water Therapist, STA Open Water Safety holder, and Mental Health Trainer (and survivor!)

Come along and understand the many benefits and safety considerations of outdoor dipping & swimming. The session is not about distance swimming. It is to enable you to safely and comfortably experience the therapeutic benefits of the cold.

The session will take place at Loch Lubnaig, between Callander and Strathyre. Unfortunately we are unable to provide transport to this event.

Places for this event are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis. This session is designed for people who have never tried cold water swimming before. If you are already a cold water swimmer, please allow the spaces to go to others who would like to try.

Contact Carley directly on 07497 365043 or email carley@stirlingcarers.co.uk to book your space.

Please note: All our events are for unpaid Carers registered with Stirling Carers Centre. If you are a Carer and not yet registered with the Centre, please contact us on 01786 447003.
