SDS Carer Information Session: Carer’s Pathway

Self-Directed Support (SDS) Forth Valley offers friendly, independent advice on getting a support package through your local Health and Social Care Partnership. This summer, SDS Forth Valley will be running information sessions at Stirling Carers Centre every other Thursday. It’s a great chance to find out more about how SDS works, what the assessment involves, and the different support options you can choose from.

Carer’s Pathway Presentation

These sessions are for unpaid Carers and cover:

• The legislation that supports you in your caring role
• The steps involved if you’re eligible for statutory funding to help cover the cost of a break from caring
• The options available if you receive this type of funding
